Looks like weather.com is messing with stuff again. I lost my icon for the weather just a little while ago (although the temp still displays)

Yep, same here. Lets hope the xml version is ready to be released.
thanks jude works like a charm :rule: ive seen alot of your work and i just want to say thaks forr everything and you rock (Y) :rule: ![]()
Great work!
One nitpick is that it shows just the temp number instead of the degrees sign.
It would also be a neat feature to be able to choose between Celsius and Farenheit. Even if Weather.com doesn't have celsius I'm sure there is some way to convert it before displaying... i think. Man I really need to learn how to program for this dock.
Originally posted by judge@Oct 15 2003, 07:08 PMTry this. Just unzip over your old DLL. It uses the weather.com XML feed.
Any chance to add option for localize it
(if it's based on XML feed I know it can be done cause I managed to
edit XML feed script for Samurize and localize it ,but
can it be implemented in docklet as an option) or at least change it to metric system (Celsius) ?

Please we need Celcius!
It's at it again. My Weather Docklet is saying it is -2 here in Lake Jackson Texas, yeah right. Once again, weather.com changed their settings, and I even have Judge's latest XML dll, but alas, they have done it again, I think.
Anyone else?

yup -2 here in san antonio too, funny, it doent feel that cold...
-2 in Palm Springs, CA :surfer dude:
I had -2 earlier, but I just clicked update location and then it was fine.
-2 at Bologna, Italy!
Woops, mine must have been frozen or something because I just restarted and it's giving me -2 also. >.< doh
Can't someone look into using weatherunderground.com or intellicast.com instead of being at the mercy of weather.com changing thier damn code twice a week? I would, but I couldn't program my way out of a paper bag...
[Help] Judge's XML Weather Docklet is not work.
***Update***
Goodmorning!
It's working again. Somehow, weather.com must have taken their xml service offline for a few hours last night, hence everyone was showing -2, no matter where in the world you are. BUt it is up and running again. A proper 72 degrees Farenheid here in Lake Jackson Texas at 8 a.m, which is what it should be at this time.
So, my guess is that it was either a glitch, (which can happen), or that this can be a regular occurance. Either way, be prepared ![]()

Excellent work. You are the docklet King.
