Snow E Shell32

Hi, i'm trying to download the Snow E shell32 replacement ( non SP1) from Hardware Geeks and It won't let me, i've registered and it just says "Sorry, you cannot leech this file. You must visit the home page here" and i've gone back to the home page and got back to the download link, but it's still won't let me download it, can anyone help, or provide an alternate download link (for non SP1! lol) thanks

its been discussed here and there already...

It is becasue you either do hotlinking (going from a direct link to HWG from another site) or because youre running a firewall... also some download accelerators give the same problem... so turn those off, refresh the brwoser and try then...
