[request] Old Judge Config, Cant Find Anywhere

I have looked everywhere for the samurize config like the one in the screenshot below

deskmod, neowin, deviantart..nowhere.

I tried emailing the author but he didnt return my email

if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated
