Dont bother with a "Member" one. Everyone getting a badge makes a badge worthless.

@Seph: I see some slight layer effects: some inner glow, a little gradient, some overlay color...and a white>transparent layer above what makes the glass effect. I suppose. You should go to adobe exchange (check adobe.com, link should be there) and search for aqua-set of styles. Get it, apply to something and check how does it work. I've learned a lot just from looking at these styles. BTW they are 99% accurate.
