[help]proper Hard Drives On Desktops Ever Fixed

There was a post a long time ago about how to put proper Hard Drives on your Desktop and I was just wondering if it was actually fully achieved.

I was just reading the thread a few minutes ago infact but there were still a lot of registry tweaks that needed to be completed.

I am just wondering if you guys ever managed to finish it.
