I don't know what WIN 2K3 is, but ok:
If you use StyleXP or something like this you can only see a picture with SOME styles, not with everyone.
So one possibility:
Try another Windows Theme ![]()
(I had this "problem" as well)
Greets, bugs (Y)
i don't think you can, thats only possible on win xp and up. Since they changed the gui of the system.
lemme clear something up
Win 2003 = Windows Server 2003 = Windows 5.2
WinXP = Windows XP = Windows 5.1
Win 2000 = Windows 2000 = Windows 5.0
so in fact, win2k3 is NEWER than windows xp... BUT i dont think you can change that picture, because Windows 2003 does not have that picture placeholder.... nor it has the app that changes it ![]()

I thought XP would be more like Window$ NT $ix thu$ making two-thou$and and three $erver like Window$ NT $ix.one? And Longhorn would be Window$ NT $even?

Just out of curiousity, have you enabled the Themes service?

Of Course, I have run it.
The user pic is part of the Welcome Screen which is not included in Server 2003, so until there is a way to add it, I don't believe you will be able to accomplish what you want.
