Panther's Being Released, But Not To Pcs...yet

Well I'm assuming most of you have seen the new features in OS X Panther including the all new Finder and Expose so now it's up to one of you to port these new visuals to our great alternative to a stable mac system...WinXP!

The expose app is called iEx and it's made by siwu

and the new finder has been made by allim.

Where is this exose app loacated. any links please. Also i want to transform my windows xp into a Mac OS. im pretty much done. I just want my toolbar on the bottom to be uptop with the proper File Edit..etc..etc on top as well how do i go about this?
