[release] Litestep Panther Theme Final

Ive completed my litestep panther theme, finished the menus etc.

could u give post a step by step on how to change themes.

i tried reading the official guide on litestep.net but i just got confused

your mod of spybreaks theme is good, and i like the semi/fully functional menu's .. but you have the same problem spybreak had, with the tray and the clock area...

here, i'm attaching a picture of how my self-modded theme looks... notice i made the system tray and clock look right?

it's my first time using litestep too!
