I got a reg file to change them to 128x128 but they are so so big now they look like 8bit games, I want to go back and click on use large icons, with this on they look big and good at the same time.

48x48 is the standard "big" view in Windows...
Well if you want to change it back to default, just right click on the Reg file that you installed and choose edit. Then it should have the exact place you have to go into your registry to change the icon size back to whatever you want it to be.
