There's a few out there that'll do it....glass2k is one.
call me silly, but from that screenshot, what interests me most if the wallpaper (which is barely visible, but looks very interesting).
this program is from SAQLA's Apps. It is currently beta and has not be released.
what kind of app are they using to run the about this mac
i've never seen one with the cpu bars/memory bars

"about this mac" app is made by me and name is ATX.
And it made by Visual Basic 6. hehe
Makki used it in his dtop.
TSU used Japanese version, and Makki used English version.

@Liron: That wallpaper is called "mbot" something. Go to deviantart and do a search! There are a few versions of that wallpaper
