[release] Capture V0.20

Y'z users can now enjoy all the OD Capture v0.2 features. I found myself with a 3hour gab so I spent it porting Capture v0.20 back from OD to Yz.

Note: Docklet must be in the \Docklets\Capture\ directory!

For some reason, I can't get it to tag the month into the filename with "$[MM]". Whenever I use any capital M variable, it just adds that to the filename. e.g. Desktop$[MM]$[dd]$[yyyy]_$[HH]$[mm]$[ss] names the file Desktop$[MM]062003_181043 whereas Desktop$[dd]$[yyyy]_$[HH]$[mm]$[ss] names the file Desktop062003_181043. Not a vital deal since I can set the month manually if'n I had to (e.g. Desktop10$[dd]$[yyyy]_$[HH]$[mm]$[ss], but for the next time you take a look at the code something you may want to check.

Cool. It's one of my most used utilities by far. That and Xoomer. Now it has thumbnails, it's going to get even more use!

Would love to be able to manually name a grab before it's taken. That would be the icing on my cake.
