No, I believe what he's saying is that someone took his wallpaper and made login screens out of it without his permission. Man, that sucks. What a loser. I hope you can get his stuff taken down and him punished somehow.

Have you downloaded the files to see if they give credit somewhere?
I download it so tell me if if a rip and I take it off my pc....
He did not give any credits to me.
He atleast should not remove my lines from the bottom right side of the wallpaper (WinMatrix.com). But he removed and add "Designed by JJ.ying" plus he put there his email with proud <_<
Is he a member of this community or AquaXP?
If he is, I suppose we could do something.
If not, try to resolve it peacefully. Email him politely and ask him to correct things, if he doesnt, take further action.

He have edited one login but one is remain there.
He himself said to me to send mail to ThemeXP's admin to remove one of the logins.
He said sorry to me.
But i think that i shoud say sorry to him for my bad behaviour :cry: Actually he is new in this field.
Now everything will be OK.
