lol. I was actualy looking for the OB theme today and it was down for me too.

It seems to have disapeared from the current wincustimise though.

I know he uploaded it to WinCustomize 'cause his milk one is there under googles cache, but I cant find the link to the Pro Plastic one...

There was a version of Pro Plastic up here not long ago but it was a slim effort compared to what I'm used too.I passed and am hoping for another option.As far as I know that link for WB on Erics site has never worked as fa as I know.I don't think it ever became circulated.
It's still on the boards, but it's got Windows aligned buttons.

also, it's a bit pixelated(sorry, it's a good effort...just...lacking), missing the roll up feature(yes, I know that isnt proprietary Mac OS, but it is useful), and isnt 0 pixel

This thread may explain a few things; although, I have yet to see a Pro Plastic WindowBlinds theme yet, at least one with min/max/close on the left.
