Mmm... I don't think so. It's the way that Windows visually "separate" the items and it's hard coded...

Here's a quick fix for ya...I got mad at IE one day, took all buttons off period, no buttons=no lines...works fine for me Although it isn't what you want...LoL

I Can how ever remove the separators beside the buttons In IE, but not beside the flag bummer.

i downloaded the black throbber thing. I found that. BUT I have no idea how to install it. I read through all the threads and all the links are screwed up and dont work lol. Can you maybe give me specific instructions on how to isntall that specific throb2 file? (i'm thinking thats the file that you have in that first screenshot above. The one with the black is the one i have.) When i unzip the .zip file, it has two bmp's in it. From there i have NO idea what to do. PLZ help thanks
