Open Ie Maximized In Od

Hey, is there some kind of command line to have IE always open maximized when I click the icon in OD? It's just really annoying having to maximize it every time I open it... It seems to open maximized when I open it from a regular folder, but from OD it never starts out masimized. Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks!

There is a little thing... maybe it will work.

Try to close using CTRL + Close, it will force to remember his last positition.

Do not link directly to IEXPLORE.exe from dock but make a shortcut to the original application.

Then right click the shortcut and at dropdown menu "Run" select "Maximized"

Tried both of those... OD just doesn't like opening things maximized for some reason. I thought for sure the shortcut command would have worked, but it didn't. Any other ideas? Maybe something to go in the "Arguments" line in the dock item properties?
