Axilaxis is better than @icon sushi, icon sushi sometimes gave me some crappy icons out of my pngs... most of the time worked ok tough...

Just convert your PNGs to various sizes and include them in your icon. Icon Suchi just combines the pictures and convert them to icons, Iconworkshop does the resizing, too.
