[release] Panther Logon Screen

I have a favor to ask of someone... Could someone convert this Logon screen to a .bmp or .jpg. Before the logon screen appears on my computer, there is a black screen. Before, I solved this by using Tweak UI and setting the wallpaper under Logon to one that matches the Logonui.exe exactly. For this one, (since I am the only user on this OS) the wallpaper would basically be the background with a clear and empty striped box in the center.

Sure it will; you can either change logon settings in GPEdit.msc, or use TweakNT/NTSwitch to convert to Pro, and then the welcome screen will be enabled as before.
