porting mac skins means grabbing the bitmaps/graphic resource then using making a skin with it.

for msstyles, u'll use stylebuilder and wb4, skinstudio or you can do it using the ghetto notepad method.

mac icons can be converted (i prefer saying converting icons to porting icons) into windows icons using iconworkshop

There is also a free program that can convert mac icons called "IconShop" (I think). Google it, it works well, though its not as powerful as IconWorkshop.
