Aqua-Soft Forumsanyone have OSX boot logo for XP SP1? I have downloaded one from Iceman website and one from Duckie's. But both didn't work. I can't get into windows after place /KERNEL=ntosboot.exe in boot.ini file. (correct me if i'm wrong)

I have two....one is the Aqua one which was on Duckie's site which works fine in SP1 btw....and the other one is a Jaguar one which shows the original Brushed boot logo...(no spinning disk though)
Which one would you like me to upload?

Personally I like the Jaguar one, but you decide...
I think both contain the ntoskrnl.exe which you must replace using Recovery Console...it CANNOT be done through Windows

Yeah, I continuously hear " I cant download this!", and "It ran outta bandwith!"

i think that they are compatible with xp sp1. are you running sp1?
nope, i had to format and reinstall.. its ok - just irritating..
next time please anyone note if its only for xp or sp1.

Dude the Jaguar one says that it's for SP1 in the readme file

It can be done through windows, just rename the original ntoskrnl.exe to ntoskrnl.bak (for example) and then copy the new one to system32 directory, i replace all system files this way, works fine for me, no need for safe mode, recovery console etc...When windows warns you a system file has been replaced, click no to restore...make sure dllcache is empty first or it will replace automatically..
HELP! I downloaded the file and did as the README.TXT said and now my comp is fuct. It shows the OSX bootscreen on startup then goes white for 3 seconds and reboots itself over and over. Someone please tell me how I can fix this, since its on boot.ini am I completely screwed?
Are you using Windows XP with Service Pack 1??? These files are for use only with Service Pack 1 installed..

yes service pack1. PLEASE HELP. I have too much stuff to reformat which i cant even do cause I lost the discs when I moved.
Aqua Boot is non SP1! Look it in preferens of ntoskrnl.dll!
