[release] Panther Litestep Theme

Hey guys Ive been working on a Panther Litestep theme for a few days and im releasing my first (probably last) version of it. Ive made it as close as i could to the real panther.

The titlebar buttons dont work, except for the apple menu that does work. Anyway most of the things you can do are on the apple menu, so I didint feel the other buttons were needed.

The taskbar are the little icons on the bottom left. Since I use YzDock I needed to have a taskbar, but didnt want something too big. You can remove the taskbar by editing the step.rc file if you want it that way. You just have to add ";" to the "Loadmodule $blabla$tasks.dll".

You will need to have the Lucida Grande font installed for it to look right.

Looks good! I would personally recommend to anyone who wants to make it look a bit more authentic to try playing with the SystrayIconSpacingX setting in the step.rc. If done right you can make the systray icons a bit more spaced out, giving it the effect of how the bar on OSX looks. A setting of 16 or less is probably about right.

Good work though Spybreak, always good to see themes offering alternatives to Objectbar even if its not a complete alternative. I personally can't stand Objectbar, even if it offers some nice things.

Plus with Litestep you can ditch explorer! Oh how I hate explorer too.

ive been running litestep at work, but i don't want to put somethign as intinsive as objectbar on my machine, so this is great.

one problem though, my system tray isn't showning up

its under win 2k server, and just wondering if you had any ideas to the cause

well, i'd like to download the theme, but neither opera nor getright can find the zip-file. Does anybody know whats wrong? The file should be avaible, shouldn't it?

i can't change the theme its stuck on austerity

when i refresh the theme list it doesn't show the panther theme
