G.a.n.t. Iconset

Okay, so in mattahan's newest iconset, GANT, he gave us the psd for the ical docklet. I've been playing around FOREVER in photoshop trying to figure out how to script an action so it'll make all 366+ icons while I scratch my butt. But I can't seem to figure anything out. Any ideas?
