[help] Photoshop Assistance

I'm looking for a tutorial or a style that explains how to do the Jaguar Plastic look, you know the wavy highlight look. I searched and only found pages on the "Aqua Pill" look like in my avatar, or the straight highlight. Can anyone please help me.
