[help] Creating Keyboard Shortcuts

hey there, i was wondering if there was a way to create your own custom keyboard shortcuts. you know like to create a new folder...or a new shortcut...or to empty the trash. thank you! :canadian:

how would i go about creating one? btw, does anyone know where to find the default keyboard shortcuts in windows. i mean like in the hard drive somewhere?? i don't know.
