Open Windows Explorer, open c:\documents and settings\all users\start menu\programs\accessories\communications\remote desktop connection Drag remote desktop connection to Y'z Dock for your shortcut.
I have a shortcut on my desktop to the specific computer. When I try to open it from the dock, it tells me there is not program associated with the file type and to associate an application with it. There already is an application associated with it (checked it and it wouldn 't work if it didn't). Is there anyway to have that shortcut in there? Thanks for the help!
No, you can't use desktop shortcuts as dock shortcuts. They can only originate from within Windows Explorer. I believe that's stated in the dock's readme.
Create a shortcut (of the remote desktop connection shortcut 
) via rightmous -> create shortcut and drag this shortcut into your dock.
