.mac Type Layout

I am looking for a way to make a .mac layout for my website. I want some brushed metal stuff and some other functionality. I have some of the buttons required for such a site already. Basically, I want a layout similar to www.aquaxp.com

Does anyone know where I can get some brushed metal "frames?" I mean like the corner piece and then the vertical and horizontal pieces so I can my own customizable "frames."

I created a temp front page that I was going to use for a personal site (in progress...), nut if you would like I could send you a zip file with the files. Unfortunatly it does have an iframe (imbedded frame), one reason why when I learnd ASP I dumped the idea.
