Yahoo Messenger Icon

My apologies if this has been asked/answered somewhere else, but is there anyway to change the yahoo messenger icon so it doesn't look so distorted and crappy when used at a higher resolution? Any help is appreciated.

i got it. nevermind. I took that png and converted it to .ico.. but now it looks edgy. Better than what i had before anyway.

Resize your PNG to 48x48, 32x32 and 16x16 icons (and whatever other size you may be using), and make a single icon of them.
