[help] Serious Help Required

I've just switched from MobyDock to ObjectDock... coz of it's unstableness... Losing all my configurations were one thing, I found out I can't enter my zip code, my country is Singapore and the city I live in is Bukit Panjang (according to weather.com). Singapore has no zip code! And can I display the taskbar with the dock??? Thanks in advance!

2. Enter the weather.com reference number SNXX0001 for Bukit Panjang instead of a zip code.

Its in the dock properties window, dock contents tab.
