Heck I looked again, even in the configuration under "comments for this bar" is from my OB theme. hmmm which has a reference to 'vlt_setup20.exe' which is a volume control I used to use
for adjusting volume but got rid of it cause of complaints of it being virus tainted (which it's not).
i thought you ahd left....

His incriminating OB themes have been removed from wincustomize.com. I originally posted there what he did under the comments section of his theme.
The download section of his website is currently offline, so apparently he is doing something.
He removed my comments (nothing slanderous or foul) about the issue in his guestbook on his site... He is perfectly within his rights to do so... its his guestbook.
So I can now feel justified, I hope you got some satisfaction from this too, Judge. 
I gave this guy permission to port the Pro Plastic skin to an OB skin, so I dont understand what the problem is. He contacted me by e-mail and asked permission. I assume he did the same to Max.
dont mind him he thinks Everyone rips his work . and that all others Ob work sucks !

well thats good, now we dont have thoes skins avalable to us anymore. This is going to sound obtrusive and insensitive, but is someone using your images in a skin realy the end of the world? I like his skins, and have used all 3 of them. Now had he released the images he stole and claimed them as his own icons, i would see where the problems is, but he didnt. His creation has benifited the skinning world, and he has some of the few good milk ports out their. I seriously think artists get way too sensitive aboput their stuff. Once i start seing letters from apple for ports of aqua, you can start standing your gound. Didnt you even do a port of some type of an aqua skin. Dont try and tell me the OB theme you did was 'loosley' based on aqua, as it looks fairly accurate to me. So how can you turn around and yell at someone for ripping your work, when your guilty of just the same?
No we all say Ohh Ahh when we rip something from apple, and then have the nerve to be angry at them when they shutdown stuff like Y'z and the aqua apps. All thoes programs realy are are rips of OSX to windows. Blaintant rips. (Red liberalst talk) 
Yes, lostspyder, it really does hurt graphic artists that much.
