Buying An Ibook

I just don't have enough cash for a Powerbook :/

I would definitely go for an Powerbook if i was really into hardcore graphics design, and top notch power.

But for a day to day performance and even beyond that - this would be a waste of money to get the powerbook then. There are a bunch of ibook guys in here and they can tell you its a good deal. :order:

Btw, Goku is stronger and better.

I myself am also looking to buy a Mac. So far it would be between a power book or a G5. I already have had plenty of desktops in my life and would like something mobile for a change; then again having my very first Mac desktop is also enticing.

If you're sure you're buying an iBook, don't get it now, Apple will be updating it soon.

If you have to get it now, you can always go for the 12" Powerbook. Their prices are almost the same and you get much more with the 12" Powerbook.

14.1" iBook 900mhz G3 ComboDrive = $1778

12" Powerbook 1Ghz G4 SuperDrive + overall better specs = $1799
