I am using Trillina Pro (not 2, I seem to have some problems with the second one).

Anyone, is there anyway to disable those little window's poping out whenever someone sings on or when you get an email?

For alerts when contacts sign on/off, I believe it's in Options > Contact List > Show a System Tray Notification when contacts sign On/Off

Uncheck that box.

As for the email, do you mean MSN email? Or a pop3 email checking plugin?

I cant seem to find "Show a System Tray Notification when contacts sign On/Off" in there.

And it's Hotmail..
