Priority Problem....

Every time after re-booting W2K sp4 "forgets" I've set OD to "above normal" priority and sets it back to "normal" which sometimes causes quirky animation. How can I rectify that ?

Last I remember, if you set the priority from the task-anager (ctrl+del), it will always reset it.

I think for a permanent change, you either have to change a registry setting or use a 3rd party app to set the priority..

yzdock.bat

start /HIGH YzDock.exe

you get the picture...

bat files are the way to go..

theyre very low profile (memorywise at startup) and theyre really effective

@TAHA: i didnt know there were priority setting programs! could you enlighten me? can i also set at what stage of the start up chain a program loads? (ie at the end, before yzdock and so on?)

Cheers...
