How Many Memebers Use Vaios?

how do you like them? I keep hearing their tech support is the pits.. any opinions/problems/etc?

I have a Sony Vaio PCG-NVR23 laptop, I got it in Nov. 2002, It came with Windows XP H Home Edition, but it did not come with an XP disk, it has a 6 disk recovery program that includes all of Sony's software (most of which I never used), so I reformatted and installed XP Pro. I have not had any problems with the machine itself I just didn't like the way they imbedded the operating system inside 6 different cds, I never had to use the Sony support so I can't tell you how it works.
