Try some of the skins on Lynchknot's page. They are Safari themes for Firebird which are very nice. I am not sure what you mean by "panther" look, but a Safari look is close enough.

Oh, and to install them, copy the URL for them and go to the Texturizer.net Themes page and go to "Install Other Themes" and paste it in the Remote URL box and click Install.
