I think it's called Troglodyte OS or Back to the Past OS, or MacOS 6.5 ??? It's one of those metallized.

Bad news, Max Rudberg does not allow any more ports. "Because they never turn out the way he wants them to"....
Maybe I'm just unlucky? This happened to me with DSX too at first. Except this time I don't think I can get him to change his mind. Cause he said, "no more ports". So this would mean visual styles and everything I guess.

Darn that really sucks because it is a truly amazing theme.
You could make your own in a similar fashion as there are so many Aqua themes. The Rhapsodized theme is a clean line theme with a metal look. It should not be much difficult to do your own version. There are metal plug-ins in Photoshop all around and with some light tweaking you will get something similar and not have to ask for permission.
There are already tons of "clean line metal themes". The point of this one is not that it's "clean" but that it's this specific theme. I had already considered that.
I actually don't like any of the themes that look like brushed that are made different so they don't need permission. Not just some theme that looks sorta like it but with enough differences so that I won't need permission. I kinda consider that a underhanded thing to do. And it smacks me of when you get some cheap knock off from taiwan (sp) or something.
It's just not the same. Well I guess that's the point. But that's not what I want.

Well if you want exactly that, then you have no choice but to take "no" for an answer. The other option is to go ahead and port it but do not distribute or brag about it. It's just that simple if you want exactly "that theme" .
You make it sound like porting a theme is some kind of dirty secret. Posting a screenshot and releasing a theme are two different things. I just have to keep the theme for "personal use only". I'm not making any money from the screenshot, nobody is getting the theme.
I'm not going to let you censor me.
Thing is I must have asked Max at a bad time. If you see anyone release any ports of Max's themes they most likely are unauthorized now.

I'd thank you for not passing judgement on me for my choice of theme in a screenshot.
