Internet Shorcut Icon

Hey Guys, i use iexplore for my browsing and id like to change the Icon for the Internet shortcuts -[illustrated on the Image Lower]-

--Is there any way to remove the Windows Flag On The Top Right Of The Screen when the window is in full screen mode. I know YzToolbar do remove the one on normal window, but not on the full screen mode. Or maybe just change the image of it...

If you use personalized favorites, you will see an arrow at the bottom of the menu.

This is very similar to other Microsoft products with menus that show only recently used commands or programs.

its just the url.dll file, change it there.

To change your Throbber in IE you can use Powertoys for Windows XP that is how I changed my throbber to the Jaguar throbber. To change your IE icons you can use icon packager that works.
