U should said that before
well there is ShellWM to center the titlebars. M$ Visual Styles also has this feature.
but if you want to use an app only for this:
xCap2
Originally, xCap mainly centered the text in the caption bars of open windows. It allowed for the customization of another part of the windows GUI. This new version allows for much greater control. It still can center text, but text position can be adjusted however it is desired. Text can be replaced to. Any program can have a custom title to suit the whim of the user. Title can even be turned off to give windows a more minimal look.
New features:
* Ability to configure windows separately, by class. Only effects designated windows.
* Ability to replace all or selective caption text
* Option to run silently in background without system tray icon.
* Includes companion program to communicate with the hidden xCap2.
* Robust in-program configuration utility.
new release is coming soon

no, it's not possible with resource hacker.
there's an app written by methodik over at virtualplastic that does just that. let me find it.
edit: yup, sen posted it already.
this isn't an aqua app...
?
I never applied any hack and my stuff is centred...

Are you sure it's not just the .msstyle ?
In stylebuilder:
Captionbar
Content value "center"
???
yeah, you can change it in the msstyles. mine is centered and i haven't done any hack or used xcap either.
if you don't have stylebuilder, though, like me, then i wouldn't know how to center it without using xcap.
