You know what will be even cooler? Maximized windows with rounded corner with shadows.
I set windows to maximize to a certain height with winfx, but I hate it when I loose my shadow and my rounded courner. It would be nice if you could modify your proggy to do this? I think mac do this too, right?

That sounds like a good name for it. Ill change it, but I cant change it in the post title... someone else will have to do that. The next release of this will have a few new features. It will refresh itself every so often to make sure its always on top, and it will hide on ctrl+alt+h command. So in otherwords, if you dont want it to be there you can type ctrl+alt+h and it will hide the corners, but when you press it again, it will show the corners again... I will also zip this one up so maybe some of you who are having problems downloading can dl it.

hey i finaly figured out what this does, very nice work. the little touches are just as important as the big ones. 
Tonight, be prepared for Beta .75 this version will have new settings, and features to make this app almost complete.

Here it is, version 0.75 dl today... unzip the files into a folder and run the exe. this has config and stuff all working... so if u have any questions, ask away. If you change settings in the config you wont notice changes till u restart the program. at least in this vers.

this doesn't seem to work on my computer. when I run the program, it displays the shape of the corners in pink not as black. is this what it is supposed to do?

are you sure you have it set to have magic pink as transparent?
yeah I have it set right. It works fine on my computer. Dont know whats wrong... thats pretty darn odd...

Getting the pink corners on mine. Res set to 1024x768 if that helps any.

Hmm im thinking its not the resolution, but something about your computers... we have to figure out what the pink comes from, so we need to find the facts... whats your color depth, and anything else that you think may be causing it besides resolution.

Well, I'm running 32bit true color w/a 75 Hz refresh rate. Video card is built-in Intel 82845 G/GL with 48mgs of memory.
It doesn't do anything on my comp.
1152x864 @ 85 Hz 32-bit
Also, on the first screenshot of this thread, what icons are the metal ones for the drives and folders?
could it be windowblinds possibly?
specs xp, fx5600, running y'z object bar, window blinds and samarise.
Well I have tried it with both windowblinds and without windowblinds and it seems to work fine for me. Those icons I use are the G5 Icons... I think you can find em at the Icons forum somewhere... thank you all for the nice things you have said about my program. Im glad you enjoy it.

I like this very much. I no longer have to add bottom-curves to my desktop backgrounds.
ok i go the pink corners now, when my sistem firsts loads up or i change users its fine, but then it just changes to the pink corners. ive chaged res and didnt fix.
can u please fix.
