Remove '?' Behind // Open A Folder With A Desklet

First off, I'd like to thank you very much for that awesome little program!

Its exactly what I need!

I'd like to remove the half invisible "?" behind the icon of a desklet.

Also I'm interesting in how to simply open a folder with a desklet...
