Show Only Links In Licensed Member Like Vb.org

pls pls pls help me what kind of addons/templates/plugins will be use

if i want only VIP members(same with licensed member in vb.org)

can download the links in my site, like what vb.org use,

only LINCENSED MEMBERS can download the links.
