Is Other Internet Possible ? I'm Explain

Do you play Freelancer or GTA or other ? And is possible to convert ina a 3D web browser ?

I think a great idea ( very rare on me :nuts: ) Is possible to create a MOD for a game ( GTA, Freelancer, ...)abd make a browser from this?

Imagine:(example Freelancer)

You take your Spaceship And go to planet manhattan -> In plannet manhattan you found differents chats software etc.. ( for example ) you travel to an corsair system and find it Warez e-links hacks One system for one topic :surfer dude:

All traveling in the space ,

(example GTA)Youre driving your car and go to different streets for find diferents things :the club malibu a BIG chat ,the commercial center a software web

And utopia?

I think its possible: the html code of the webs is applicable to the games?

What do you think the internet for 2010 been in 3D or ofr 2004 ? :woot:

actually there is at least one program like this although it doesn't relate to games. I think it was "cyber...." don't remember the rest of the name. It worked as a desktop eviorment and it could also produce 3D website worlds. Haven't heard of it for about 1 year now though.

The (first) problem with this sort of system is that they're very very difficult to have working consistently... For example, how do you provide a compelling 3D interface based on what is, by its very nature, a 2D medium?

Not only that, but I would imagine something like this just getting in the way of what the user wants to do. Lots of systems like this have been proposed in the past (mostly back in the days when the 'net was very small and new), and the attempts to make them usually failed abysmally...

A good idea in principle is not always a good idea in practice, unfortunately. >.<
