[help] Remove The Arrow From "back"

hey, this arrow has been very annoying and im wondering where i go hack to remove it.. any clue?

is that a real mac ? ... it looks like it is. .... but if you do it so. how can you browse your files ?

can't you just customize the toolbar and remove the back button? or is that not what you're asking? :blink:

oh, you guys misunderstood. What i meant to say was, on the "Back arrow" there is on arrow to the right of it, so its between the back button and the view button. How do i get rid of that arrow..?

For some reason, mine has no arrow?!!!?? :blink:

I don't recall doing anything to remove it. I did the fake button backgroud thing too.

I never see it no matter which wb4 theme i use if that's what matters.

I'm not sure if you can remove just the drop-down arrow... it's there so you can go back not just one step at a time.

You could remove the back button altogether and then use Backspace to go to the previous folder.

did you update service packs? because im still using non-sp. If thats the case ill update.

*is there a way to hack the back button? or the view button? or any button in that case to manually remove it?

It's very easy to do.... just edit the WB or VS theme and delete the arrow.

Can you please post that Milk WB theme and Yztoolbar theme? Or is that a Explorer background? Please post :coke-party:

@ron21 - I'm a little lost no the Skinstudio part, what area EXACTLY would i find that arrow? The WB4 theme is my own edit, so no permissions there, but you can easily edit Judges theme to make it look like mine. Just...

- Rearrange the buttons to the appropriate spacing, and delete the left, bottom, and right borders.

And the toolbar is a combination of both YzToolbar and Explorer background. Meaning everything on the toolbar is functional, except the search box and the 2 other view options.

@jumpers - here ya go [included the yztoolbar buttons, although not complete and buttons do not represent the actual action (haven't had time to fix that), the bmp has an empty area for you to add icons, just add the "Move To" after the view. The separators are from my WB4 theme)]]
