Internet App Shortcut

Hi, I'm using Google Chrome and want to put my offline mode email icon on the XDock, but I'm having issues doing so.

Here's the offline mode internet app shortcut: C:\Users\Josh\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --app=";https://mail.google.com/mail/"

How Can I make a shortcut that will work? Thanks!
