Stacks Plugin And Downloads Problem !?

Why does stacks plugin sometimes create .tmp file instead of downloaded file.Is that known bug?

I use Google Chrome and most of times it does that.

Edit: Am not sure but it looks like it does that when stack plugin icon is changed to custom icon.
