Is it posible to change the look of icon like you can do in Rocket Dock and if yes how?

Is it posible to change the look of icon like you can do in Rocket Dock and if yes how?

Right click on the program (on the dock) then press "Edit" and in the left side you can press change or clear. now you just have to navigate to the icon you want.

But nevermind,i have found it.Its right click/properties/then drag & drop icon on empty space.

or you can also double click the icon once you have that small pop up open to replace the icon...[then a window will appear and you can look for one there]

if maybe your not in the mood to drag & drop...
