Look at the corner of this window...

I swear sometimes it's rounded, sometimes it's not. Is there a way to make sure all the 32bit applications I open up have the rounded look?
Oh...I'm using iTunes A VS.

check to see if the apps that do not have rounded corners.. have their own skinning engine.. or if they rely on either XP or WinBlinds, etc..
if they have their own skinning engine then you need to adjust the skin within the program that is not showing the corners right.
if this isn't the case.. i'll look further into it..

It's weird because I have another screen shot with firebird (the progam you see) running with the same skin and it has rounded corners. I was also using the same VS <_< I don't get it. I appreciate the response though.
Well I found out what it was...
I had WindowFX set to maximum size of maximize and it causes those square corners. Turned it off and fixed it. Just thought I'd let y'all know incase you mabe experiencing the same thing.
