Font Question

How do I change this font, It usually appears on dialog boxes and misc windows stuff I've looked hard and deep into the reg and i cant find it anywhere, Can somebody shed some light into this problem, please?

search the registry for "MS Shell Dlg" and change its value

Hmmm tried that and that changed "most" of the fonts, but i still get the odd arial font now and then
