Mouse/flight Simulator X

Hello. I am very impressed with Flyakite!

But when i want to play Flight Simulator X, and sitting in the plane, i cant get the right-mousebutton to work, it doesn't react! But it reacts in the regular desktop - is there a solution to this?

Oh! Found a solution, just had to make the game in full screen and then in windowed, and clicked a bunch of times, then it worked :S
