Alright, I want to add just one tab to the top tabs (Home, Forums, Shoutbox), but only on the mobile skin, not the pc skin. Also remove the Tab Shoutbox from the tabs since it is useless because it is "Read Only", but only on the mobile skin. So pretty much just replace the Shoutbox tab with a custom one of mine.

I used javascript from freeonlineusers.com and put in the globaltemplate template right before
<if test="IPSLib::appIsInstalled( 'portal' )">
