4.5 Phpbb3 Bug

There is no link to MCP on any page and mcp interface is ugly — no clean understanding of what happens into forum topics edit view.

I'll have a look at this, this weekend. It should work could be a problem with the latest phpbb.

Please, take a special care about moderator icons and options — we really miss them in your style.
