Changing Icons In Jolicloud/unr

I've managed to install Jolicloud a version of Ubuntu URN on to my netbook. It's a good OS but the default icons are pretty boring. I can change the default folders and drives, but I'm having problems changing icons like firefox, Keepass etc.

Can anyone offer some advice?
